Filzmoos in summer - holidays for the senses

Mountain experience

There the magic of the Alps.
Here the power of nature.
Reflection.
I see clearer again.
A falling leaf.
The dew on the trees.
And I hear, smell, feel, taste.
The sound of the stream, a fragrant blossom, a ray of sunshine, a sip of pure spring water.
That gives me mountains!

Already in spring, the region presents itself in all its glory. The fresh, clean air in the morning, the pleasant warmth for lunch and a truly restful sleep with pleasant evening temperatures.

And in summer and autumn, nature shines in its very special color. And last but not least, a wonderfully warm summer leaves us again to arouse the desire for the snow.

Experience the extraordinary mountain idyll up close.

Quaint huts, romantic alpine pastures, alpine meadows and hiking trails in the bizarre Pongauer mountains want to be conquered.

Guided hikes open the lavish splendor of our natural paradise. The gondola lift , open in summer, will take you to managed cabins. Horse-drawn carriages bring you with 2 HP into the Hofalm area at the foot of the Bischofsmütze.

For our guests free of charge - use this service - the Filzmooser Wanderbus! From May to October.

The hiking bus makes wonderful round trips such. from the Bachlalm over the Sulzenhals to the Sulzenalm or around the Rettenstein, through the gate, from the Hofalmen over the Linzer Weg to the Hofpürglhütte and Aualm.

Filzmoos in winter - with all your senses

Winter paradise

Powder snow and refreshment.
Here I really feel like on boards,
that mean the world.
Snowy slopes, all to myself.
Stop the time beyond myself if
only at the peak of pleasure, the world lies at your feet.
Heaven and earth grow together,
then I know what life means,
and how beautiful a vacation can be.

Let us take you into the wonderful winter world of the Alps, away from the power tourism and the queue marathon.

Pure skiing pleasure in the snow-sure Filzmoos.
In the ski region Salzburger Sportwelt and Ski amadé, state-of-the-art gondolas and chair lifts with guaranteed snow await carving fans and boarder freaks.

Take a hike through the snowy landscape on foot or on snowshoes. Enjoy untouched nature and reward yourself with a good snack.
Cross-country skiers will find their highlight on the Rossbrand - our high altitude trail.
Cross-country skiing and enjoying the mountains from the Bischofsmütze out to the Hochkönig - the mountains of Styria and behind the Dachstein massif, so beautiful can be vacation.
A sleigh ride through a crystal clear winter night.

Snowly trees, rime romance, bizarre icicles and majestic mountain vistas in blue and white.
The sky.
The mountains.
And me.

Back to the elementary needs.
Simplicity creates confidence in the unlimited energy of nature and the mind itself.
To let everything happen.
Is it really the little things
that make the big difference?
